Do I have to register to order a ticket?

Yes. Creating a user account is mandatory in order to order tickets.

 

Is my data safe?

Yes, absolutely! Our website uses the latest security technology and complies with industry standards and Swiss laws: we encrypt both personal data and payment information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). SSL is considered the reference in terms of security on the Internet.

Nevertheless: Do not handle the confidential information with negligence. Never send the complete credit card data via e-mail.

The data will be treated confidentially and not passed on to uninvolved third parties.

 

What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

No problem. You can request a new, provisional password using the "Forgot password" function.

 

Can I delete my account?

If you want to delete your user account, please contact the support team via the contact form. Your user account will be deleted and you will not receive any further messages from us.

We would like to point out that certain data must be legally archived as part of the commercial storage obligation.

 

What can I do if the event has been postponed?

Events can be cancelled or postponed (at short notice) for various reasons. We therefore recommend that you check the latest information on our website and the event website shortly before the event.

If an event is postponed, refund conditions apply according to the event’s Terms and Conditions.

In case of a definite cancellation, ticket purchasers will be informed by  the organizer within a few days after notification by e-mail about the procedure.

If the necessary information cannot be found on the "event details page", please consult the event website for further information and contact the organizer directly with any questions. You will find the link on the event details page.

Which delivery methods can I choose from?

Tickets will be delivered by mail as a print@home ticket. Adobe Reader is required to open the files.

What payment options do we offer?

The following means of payment are available by default:

Advantage: no further fees, tickets are valid immediately

I have not received the ticket yet, although I have already paid my tickets. What can I do?

In this case please contact us via contact form with reference to the order number. Make sure to send us an official payment receipt so that we have enough information to quickly clarify your request.

How do I know if my order was successful?

In general, you will receive a confirmation e-mail after each order with a summary of the order. This message will be sent within one hour after the order. If within 24 hours you have not received a message from us, please check your spam folder.

What can I do if I have lost my ticket?

No problem. You can request your ticket by contacting us through the contact form. 


Can I return or exchange my ticket?

No. According to the Terms & Conditions, cancellations or rebookings are not possible. 

 

Are my tickets transferable?

Unless otherwise communicated on the tickets or during the order, tickets are nominative and not transferable.

 

What can I do if I made a mistake while ordering?

What are the fees for placing an order?

As a matter of principle we try to offer the services free of charge for the ticket buyer. Unfortunately, certain additional services (mail delivery, processing of invoice payments) cause additional costs, which we have to charge on.
